Fiscal 1983 Injection molding skill certification examination
The practical examination is quite difficult as only less than 50% can pass the Class 1 and Class 2 examinations on average. In addition, after the passing of the practical examination, the trainees need to sit for a written test at the end of August, and the results, passed or failure, of both examinations are sent to each examinee around early October. Although the passing the exam is not everything, the Class 1 or Class 2 Technical qualification is a reliable method to certify the skill the examinee has built up, and it can also be the target of the daily technical study. In the day of the dissipation of craftsman’s skills from Japan’s shop-floor TOYO is determined to the plastic industry by supporting the molding skill certifying test
